Both women and men often undergo physical endurance training. However, men generally choose exercise with heavy intensity but the time is shorter. This is because many men want to build muscle quickly.

Meanwhile, most women may exercise with the aim of losing weight. So, they tend to choose sports with moderate intensity but take longer. Because of the different types of exercise, women also become more accustomed to holding back the body's muscle contractions longer than men.

3. Women's blood flow more profusely

A study by a team led by sports scientist Sandra K. Hunter in the Journal of Applied Physiology revealed that women have more rapid blood flow to the muscles than men. This makes a woman's muscles more resistant to pressure and contraction. However, experts say that further research is still needed to support these findings.
