Stand with both feet shoulder width apart. Place both hands on the side. Bend while stretching your right hand to touch your left big toe.

Lift your body up to its original position, then bend again by stretching your left hand to the right big toe. Then bring the body up.

Perform this movement repeatedly alternating right and left. Along with getting used to this movement, increase the speed.

3. Cross jump

First, stand with your legs open shoulder width apart. Place your hands on the side of the body. Then, jump while holding your feet together and bring your hands up to your head until your palms clap to each other.
