3. Avoid stress

Try using relaxation techniques that can help you focus on things that are soothing that can reduce stress hormone production. The relaxation technique that you can easily try is to take a deep breath through your nose, then slowly release it through your mouth.

Like other chronic conditions, it is very important for women with endometriosis to get to know their own body and know how to deal with their symptoms. This can begin with a healthier lifestyle change through regular diet and activity.
