I see the Dawn call to just count the minutes, but you are late in getting up to dawn. Wow! Continue eating or just sleep again, huh? Continue to eat, of course.

Eits, but even though you wake up late, try not to "pay" it with only a bowl of instant noodles. Try to keep eating highly nutritious foods. The food you eat at dawn helps provide enough energy as long as you fast all day. Here are 5 healthy food recipes that you can make and enjoy as fast as lightning before coming to the time of prayer.

What should you eat if you wake up late in the evening?

1. Omelette smoked meat with spinach

  • Cooking time: 10 minutes
  • Number of servings: 1 portion

What you need:

  • 3 large chicken eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 sheet of smoked meat, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch of spinach, roughly chopped, boil briefly
  • Grated cheddar cheese to taste

How to make:

  1. In a large bowl, break the eggs, shake and mix well. Add salt pepper to taste. (The key to successful omelette is a combination of the speed of shaking and heat of fire: Beat the eggs quickly with a fork of no more than 30 turns and cook them on high heat to produce a soft, soft omelet.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan in medium heat until it melts. Enlarge the flame, and pour the egg mixture. Cook for 5 seconds until the bottom of the egg is cooked. Then lift the pan tilted slightly above the fire. Quickly shake the frying pan back and forth so that the egg mixture is fourth to the side of the pan and begins to clot.
  3. Return the pan to its original position. Turn the pan around so that the eggs can cook evenly. Cook for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Enter the filling omelette (spinach, cheese, smoked meat) right in the middle of the egg. Fold the bottom of the omelette over the filling. Lift and serve.

2. Know scrambles

  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of solid white tofu (firm tofu)

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl, mix yeast, turmeric, cumin, paprika, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well, set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan. So hot, add the chives and garlic. Saute until fragrant for 2 minutes
  3. Crush the tofu by squeezing it, add it to the pan. Pour sauce No. 1, mix well with tofu until the tofu changes color. Cook for 2 minutes.
