How to make

  • Heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, onions and chili for a few seconds.

  • 6 pecan nuts

How to make

  • Heat coconut oil on a skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute fine spices, bay leaves, orange leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.
  • Pour coconut milk, salt, granulated sugar and enough water into the pan. Stir until blended and cook until the coconut milk is boiling.
  • Add tofu, tempeh and potatoes. Then mix well.
  • Reduce heat and cook until all ingredients are cooked.
  • Lift and tofu curry ready to be served.

3. Grilled tofu stick recipe

  • 2 long-cut Chinese tofu, about 6-8 cm long
  • 200 grams of melted flour
  • 2 eggs that have been shaken off
  • 250 grams of bread flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, rubbed until smooth
  • 1 tsp oregano dry
  • Enough water
  • Pepper to taste
  • Just enough olive oil

How to make

  • Melt flour in a bowl. Add fine garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano, stir until blended and let stand for 10 minutes or until the spices permeate the whole.
