There is no "miracle food"

There is no food that can magically make you healthy. Teenage boys need to eat foods such as vegetables, fruit, whole grains, protein foods, and foods containing fat-free or low-fat milk. Choose protein foods like beans without salt, whole grains, lean meat, and fish.
