Medical Video: 7 Simple Core Exercises That Prevent Lower Back Pain

What is the problem of your body that never goes away? For me, back pain. In the past when I worked in an office and sat behind a desk for almost 12 hours every day, and now because I still breastfeed my son at night, every morning I wake up, my waist aches because of the position of breastfeeding while lying down.

What is the right medicine for prolonged lumbago? For me, I usually always enter the following poses in my yoga practice, and usually always work. If you have the same problem, you might try some of the poses I will describe below.

Yoga poses to deal with back pain

1. Cat Cow Pose

This pose is good for the spine and waist because of the movement of arching back and up. Good to do every morning if you experience a back pain when you wake up.

2. Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

This pose is quite easy to train every day, and is very good for relieving pain in the lower waist. Not only that, you also extend all the muscles in the spine  You. This pose is also very good if you often sit for a long time.

3. Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

Besides being trained in a standing position, the same position can be done with a sitting position. This is good for you to try. When in a standing position sometimes you feel dizzy, then do it with a sitting position. If you feel this position feels easy and does not have an effect to relieve back pain, then you need to do it right.

Activate your feet /flex feet and it's better to bring the position of the chest closer to the front of your foot. This position is good for opening the lower waist, and relieves stiff muscles and pain.

8. Supine Spinal Twist (Supta Jathara Parivartanasana)

One of the easy steps to relieve low back pain is to do a yoga pose with the upper body / circular motiontwist. One of my favorites is the position spinal twist when lying down. Good for stretching the waist and spine muscles. Not only that, this favorable position is also good for stimulating body organs such as the kidneys and abdominal organs, including the intestines and urinary tract. Not only relieves low back pain but also benefits the health of the body.
