4. Various green vegetables

Don't think if your vegetable dishes are better warmed with a microwave. The nitrate content in vegetables such as spinach, kale, or celery will react with the heat released by the microwave.

Nitrates that were previously good for health, will turn into nitrosamines, substances that have been proven to cause cancer. Therefore, do not use a microwave if you want to warm vegetables.
