2. If you have to go to the hospital, ask for a referral letter

3. Emergency patients do not need a referral letter

If the nearest hospital does not cover BPJS, you do not need to bother looking for hospitals that work with BPJS. Because, you still have the right to get health services in any hospital closest to your home.
