Because, different fields of course the challenges you face are different. So what are the futsal techniques that must be mastered by a player?
In general there are six basic abilities that must be learned. The six are controlling the ball, dribbling, passing, receiving passes, scoring goals, and keeping the goal. Whether you are a trainer, novice player or professional player, you can write the following futsal tips.
1. Control the ball
The main key to the futsal technique is actually controlling the ball. With the size of the field and limited time, the ability to master the ball is the main requirement for any playing position.
Controlling the ball here means keeping your ball, movement, and speed in harmony. For this reason, motor skills and high levels of concentration are needed.
One way to practice ball control skills is by juggling. This exercise is good for sharpening dexterity, agility, balance, coordination, and concentration of players.
2. Dribbling
If you can control the ball, now is the time to practice dribbling. In order to be able to dribble effectively, a player must be able to maintain balance, stability, and multitasking. The reason is, when dribbling your concentration will be divided into many things. For example, foresight, towards the opponent, as well as the ball itself.
The dribbling technique also includes the ability to block your opponent (shielding) who will take the ball from your control. To keep the ball from being seized, you need strength and endurance.
So when dribbling, make sure your body is relaxed and balanced so you can change your maneuver at any time. You should also use the front of the foot as a pedestal and tread. Don't rely on your heels because your speed and coordination will actually decrease.
3. Pass
Passing the ball to a team mate is not an easy ability. To pass effectively, you need accuracy, accuracy and good tactics. You have to be able to read the situation well, then you can determine when it is appropriate to pass the ball and to whom the ball is passed.
To pass short distances (short pass), point your feet out to form a 90 degree elbow angle. Kick the ball with your inner leg.
Whereas if you want to pass a long distance (long pass), add the power of the kick and pry the ball with the inside of your heel. This is so that the ball can soar further.
4. Receive an operand
One futsal technique that is often overlooked is receiving ball passes from team members. When receiving a pass, you must be able to anticipate which ball will come from.
You also have to break the concentration. Antara keeps the pace in line with friends who want to pass, lock the opponent's movements and balls with your eyes, and directly control the ball when it is passed.
Try to practice accepting operands with your team members. Ask team members to pass in unexpected maneuvers so you can learn to read and anticipate the ball correctly.
5. Score goals
The goal-scoring ability requires strength, balance, accuracy, foresight, and appropriate decision making. You also have to know which part of the ball to kick in and which part of the foot is good for shooting at the opponent's goal.
When you want to score a goal, make sure your heel is pointing at the target. Kick the top of the ball if you want to shoot low. Instead, kick the bottom of the ball if you want to shoot high.
6. Maintain the goal
If you are a goalkeeper, the challenges you face are different from other players. You are responsible as the last line of team defense.
A goalkeeper doesn't have to be tall, really. You only need sharp focus, good reflexes, upper and lower body strength, agility, and accuracy.
