1. Fatigue
Although acupuncture usually can increase energy, people can feel tired after acupuncture. This is a warning sign that you need to rest. If you experience it, relax for the rest of the day like sleeping early. The combination of acupuncture and rest will make you feel healthy again.
2. Skin rash
Skin rashes, redness, and itching due to acupuncture can be caused by infection or may be associated with relatively benign contact dermatitis due to needle stimulation. If your rash doesn't improve in a few days or even worsens, let the dermatologist know.
3. Pain
The needle pierced part of the body can become painful after the needle is removed, especially the palms and toes. Pain due to acupuncture usually disappears within 24 hours. In rare cases, bruises can appear at the location of the needle puncture. However, don't be confused because this is not something to worry about and is nothing more than aesthetic discomfort.
4. Muscle twitching

5. Dizziness

7. Organ injury

Acupuncture is not necessarily suitable for everyone. The following health conditions can increase the risk of acupuncture complications and side effects:
