1. Seaweed soup

Material:

  • 500 ml of beef broth
  • 500 grams of lean beef
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 50 grams of onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ tbsp salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder (to taste)
  • 100 grams of button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 grams of arame seaweed, soak in hot water first for about 5 minutes.
  • 1 stem of leeks, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp finely chopped celery leaves (to taste)

How to make:

  • Prepare a skillet and heat the sesame oil. Then, saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add broth, beef, button mushrooms, salt, and powder pepper. Stir well. Then cook until boiling.
  • Add seaweed, and cook until soft seaweed. Then lift and put in a bowl.
  • Add chopped leaves and chopped celery. Serve while warm. You can eat this seaweed soup with rice.

2. Cucumber and seaweed salads

Material:

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 80 mL of vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of large, chopped red chili
  • 1 sheet of dried seaweed
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds and black sesame

How to make:

  1. The cucumber slices become half lengthwise. Scrap the seeds using a spoon and throw them away. Cut the slices diagonally, 3.5 cm each.
  2. Mix the oil thoroughly with vinegar, cilantro, sugar, and red chili slices in a large bowl
  3. Slice the seaweed sheet into 2.5 cm thin pieces and add to the bowl.
  4. Add cucumber and sesame seeds and stir until smooth
  5. Leave for 5 minutes then serve.

3. Tumis know seaweed

Material:

  • 350 grams of white tofu diced about 2 x 2 cm
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili fruit, remove the seeds then slice finely (the amount of chili can be adjusted to taste)
  • 100 grams of shitake mushrooms are split into 4 parts
  • 200 grams of wakame seaweed, soak in hot water for about 5 minutes (until soft)
  • Salty soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to make:

  • Prepare a container to soak seasonings that contain: tofu, garlic, one teaspoon of olive oil, and chili. Then mix well until everything is mixed and let stand for about 5 minutes to soak.
  • Heat a skillet using low heat.
  • Add the marinated mushrooms and seasonings to the pan. Then mix well until fragrant and brown-colored tofu on both sides.
  • Then add wakame seaweed, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and a little water.
  • Mix well and cook until done.
  • Sauteed tofu seaweed is ready to be served.
