1. Fiber

Eating more fiber can help defecate during pregnancy. The fiber is also able to provide vitamin nutrition and additional antioxidants for the pregnant woman. As much as 25 to 30 grams of fiber is recommended for consumption by the pregnant woman per day. These fibers can get pregnant women from various foods such as; fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals and wheat

Water is needed by the body. Pregnant women are even advised to drink at least 12 glasses of water per day. It is also capable of smoothing the digestive process

3. Eat often

Pregnant women are advised to divide the food into 5 to 6 meals to help the digestive process. This is because the digestive system does not have to work extra at once twice the food intake, which usually happens when pregnant women eat large portions at once in 1-2 meals.

4. Exercise routine

Exercising 3 times a week, 20 to 30 minutes each time can stimulate the working process of the digestive system of pregnant women. Don't forget to consult with your doctor to find out what exercise you should do.
