- Avoid hot air during the day, with stable weather (not too hot or cold) can avoid the nose of pregnant women from nosebleeds.
- Use a moisturizer to prevent dryness of the nose. Some experts recommend water-based moisturizers, for example saline fluid for the nose.
- Don't use nasal spray drugs too often. The drug can make it dry and then potentially cause irritation to your nose.
