In fact, the brain eats oxygen too. So if oxygen runs into the stomach and the brain lacks oxygen, you are drowsy, "said Prof. Ali Khomsan.

Oxygen is indeed needed by the body to carry out the functions of human organs. Among them are digestive function. So when you eat too much, the digestive system must work extra hard to process the food. In the process, oxygen will be used more by the stomach so that the brain does not get enough oxygen.
