0.5 kg of skinless, boneless chicken fillet

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 tablespoon of chili powder

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

½ cup of salsa sauce

1/3 cup of water

1.15-ounce canned black beans, rinsed and dried

8 low carbohydrate tortillas

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of low-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

How to make:
