  4. Add brown rice, salt and pepper
  5. Mix well and add warmed canned vegetables

3. Chicken and spinach pasta

Materials needed:

  • 250 grams of chicken breast that has been cut to taste
  • 500 grams of pasta (spaghetti, penne, or fettucini) according to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch of minced spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of leeks
  • 5 tbsp chicken stock

How to cook it:

  1. Boil water until boiling in a medium sized container
  2. Add spaghetii to the cooking water and pour olive oil so that the spaghetti is not sticky with each other.
  3. On the other hand, heat the skillet and butter
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet, cook until the chicken is cooked
  5. If spaghetti is cooked, drain.
  6. Add spaghetti to the chicken mixture on the pan
  7. Mix spinach, pepper and salt together
  8. Add 5 tablespoons of chicken stock
  9. Cook until the mixture releases boiling foam. Sprinkle the onion on top, spaghetti is ready to be served
