But no matter how people define the definition of happiness, in the end, everyone wants to be happy because happiness is a sign that we are grateful for life.

1. Laugh
Laughter is one sign that you are happy. But without realizing it, as you get older, you will be less likely to laugh than when you were little. 2. Thankful
Although it sounds trivial, being grateful is a difficult thing to do. Often, bad things that happen can disrupt your days; as a result you will be more focused on the bad compared to the good things that have happened that day. Even though according to one study, being grateful is one way that can increase happiness and protect you from stress, anxiety, depression, and negative things.
Gratefully, it will make you focus more on the good things that happen. Therefore, to increase your gratitude, try to write down things that make you grateful.
3. Do what you like
The surest thing to make you happy is to do what you like. Starting your day with positive things or fun activities every morning can increase your happiness to go through the day.
4. Do something new
Often, your happiness is reduced because you are getting bored with the routine you are doing. Therefore, do new things. When you pay attention to something new, you will focus on this now which can increase feelings of happiness. Start with something simple, like going to a new place.
5. Take time to play
Busyness often makes you tired and makes you a more sensitive person. Therefore, no matter how busy your day is, take your time to play with the people you care about. Because you have the right to be happy, and you will happily go through the days, including making your work lighter.
6. Don't deny your feelings

Nature always gives a surprise through scenes that always spoil the eyes; especially going to the wild like beaches or mountains, can help you reduce stress and increase feelings of happiness. Nature can also help remind you that you are only a small creature on this planet so that you can make you more grateful to live your life.
