Dance is a great way to trigger your heart rate, get rid of excess fat in your body, and build muscle. Because many people enjoy it, the possibility of someone doing it regularly will be higher than other sports. That is one of the most important factors to help you be fit and stay fit.

5. Ballroom dance

6. Zumba
