This also makes it easier for the brain to do several tasks simultaneously (multitasking), for example, one part of the brain acts to speak, then the other part has a role in recognizing faces, places, objects, and maintaining our balance.
There also seems to be another advantage of the division of the two sides of the brain. For example, human studies also estimate that the division of the brain is beneficial for the development of cognitive skills, including IQ, fluency in speech, and reading ability.
Are the two parts of the brain connected to each other?
It is important to know that even though the brain is divided into several parts, there is always constant communication between all parts of the brain. These parts of the brain that work in harmony with each other allow you to feel life like now, can do all the functions simultaneously.
Both sides of the brain are connected by a group of nerve fibers called the corpus callosum, which allows you to process and share data efficiently between various parts of the brain.
What happens if the brain is not connected to each other?
