Immunization causes autism, really?
In 1998, Dr. Andrew said that the MMR vaccine causes intestinal inflammation which leads to autism in children, while the symptoms of autism itself are not preceded by a disturbance in the digestive system. In addition, the viruses contained in MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) have been shown to not cause inflammation of the intestines or damage to membranes that line the digestive system. Protein which according to Dr. Andrew flows from the bloodstream to the brain and causes damage to date never proven.

Simultaneous immunization causes autism, really?
Simultaneous administration of vaccines can weaken the body's defense system so that nervous system interactions that cause autism arise in children who already have risk. Over time, this theory has not been proven for several reasons, namely:
- Child defense system. Even children who are just day old can still give a positive response to some vaccines given at once.
- Autism is not a disease caused by a disruption of the body's defense system. There are no studies that prove a disruption of the defense system or inflammation of the nervous system can cause autism.

The ethylmercury content found in thimerosal is thought to cause autism. This argument is further broken by differences in the symptoms suffered by autistic children and children who are mercury poisoning. Other research also mentions that the mercury content in vaccines is still below the threshold that can cause poisoning.
Other chemical compounds contained in vaccines are formaldehyde and aluminum, but these compounds are given in very small doses, smaller than our exposure to these compounds everyday.
