Some studies suggest that close pregnancy distance does not give the mother enough time to recover from the physical stress that results from a previous pregnancy, for example pregnancy will drain and deplete nutrients in the mother's body because of sharing with the fetus, such as iron and folic acid . So when a mother experiences a subsequent pregnancy at a close distance, it will affect the health of the mother and fetus because they cannot meet their individual needs.
How long should you be pregnant again?

WHO states that the most ideal time for pregnancy distance is 3 years. That way, mothers can give exclusive breastfeeding to children born before and ensure nutritional adequacy by breastfeeding.
