Not only that, researchers also compared toothpaste with a standard fluoride content with high fluoride.
The results of the study showed that those who used high fluoride toothpaste 3 times a day had 4 times greater protection of dental health than just twice brushed their teeth using standard toothpaste. Not only that, the researchers also found that by massaging teeth and gums and brushing teeth twice a day, it had the same results as brushing teeth three times a day using toothpaste that was high in fluoride.
This study states that massaging your teeth and gums can also increase protection by 400% more than just brushing ordinary teeth.
