Not only that, the researchers also found that by massaging teeth and gums and brushing teeth twice a day, it had the same results as brushing teeth three times a day using toothpaste that was high in fluoride.

This study states that massaging your teeth and gums can also increase protection by 400% more than just brushing ordinary teeth.
