Avoid consuming food sources of simple carbohydrates, such as sweet cakes, sweet drinks, biscuits, and others. Simple carbohydrates can make your blood sugar rise quickly, but it also drops faster, so it can trigger dizziness.

3. Low blood pressure

You can feel dizzy if your heart isn't pumping enough blood to the brain. This can be caused by low blood pressure. A sudden drop in blood pressure can make the heart unable to deliver enough blood to the brain. This can happen when you stand up from sitting very fast.

4. Fatigue

You may find it easier to feel tired when fasting, especially when you drink less and consume less food when breaking fast and sahur. Fatigue can be caused by too much activity when fasting or maybe because you lack sleep. Sleep deprivation is very likely to occur when you are fasting because your sleep schedule changes. This can then make you feel dizzy.
