This discovery is thought to help people who are obese to get treatment and care that is in accordance with their respective conditions, so that the process of losing weight is faster and easier to do.

What are the 6 types of obesity that exist?

Obesity is not only people who look fat or have distended products. Fat accumulation can occur in various parts of the body, depending on the lifestyle and characteristics of each person. Here are the types of obesity when viewed from the place of accumulation of fat.

1. Obesity due to inactivity
