So, is liquid sugar really dangerous?

Conversely, liquid sugar will not be dangerous if we balance it by reducing calories from carbohydrate food sources such as rice and bread, and still eating fruits and vegetables. Even though it does not provide satiety, you should also consider avoiding sugary drinks or reducing calorie intake if one day you consume a sweet drink of around 600-700 ml, because it meets at least ± 200 calories of daily needs.
