According to research, men usually fall in love first
According to a study published in the Journal of Social Psychology, Marissa Harrison who is also a psychologist at Pennsylvania University conducted a survey of 172 people who had felt in love.
In an interview conducted by Harrison to the students, they were given questions about whether they had fallen in love or not. Then if you answer "Ever", Harisson will then ask about some time they need time to express love.
The results of interviews and surveys prove that those who first fall in love are men. Men express their love faster about a few weeks after they get acquainted or close to the person they like. This is inversely proportional to women who are long enough to truly fall in love with men. Women generally need several months to be truly sure and dare to express their feelings of love.

A British psychologist, Neil Lamont, explained to VICE that men can fall in love easily because men tend to have the risk of taking risks. This is less common in women, who are very careful and reluctant to take risks about their spouses.
In addition, psychologists also agreed that this might be rooted in prehistoric times, where men were positioned as dominant hunters. In ancient times, hunters inevitably had to fight over potential partners as a sign of dominance and ownership. Therefore, men are encouraged to quickly find a partner. Falling in love faster is no guarantee of lasting love
Ingrid Colins, a psychologist at London Medical Center, UK, added that even though men fall in love faster, there is no guarantee that their love will last. Ingrid also explained that indeed men are more passionate when they first fall in love, but this does not mean that their love is truly sincere.
Unfortunately, no research has succeeded in proving whether a man is also a figure who feels bored faster or loses his love in a relationship.
In the end, how fast someone falls in love and feels bored depends on many factors. For example social and economic background, culture and traditions, and the conditions of each. It cannot be determined only by sex. Therefore, the evidence of this study can only give a general picture.
